Office Manager - Billing/HR Specialist
Job based out of Fort Myers Florida and will require in person bi-weekly meetings in Fort Myers. Remote work is 90% of job. Must be a U.S. citizen. Position subject to mandatory background check.

Billing:
- Completing specific tasks related to a company’s billing and accounting needs
- Helping employees with co-op invoicing and day-to-day responsibilities
- Submitting invoices and enabling credit card payments to be made through electronic or non-electronic means to ensure processing and payment
- Resolving issues related to payments by clients and employees
- Communicating with clients, legal staff, and others
- Managing customer accounts and collecting payments
- Collecting and emailing regarding overdue payments
- Working with customers to set up payment plans and ensure bills are paid
HR/Employee Care:
- Helping setup new employees' healthcare and 401(k) services
- Reconciling monthly retirement and health insurance accounts
- Ensuring tax records are kept and stored
- Taking control of PTO requests and yearly needs for employees
- Helping with expenses and other company needs including filing, record keeping, etc.
- Helping with customer reimbursement programs
- Working directly with CMO and COO to organize agendas for meetings, updated paperwork, and admin tasks as needed
Knowledge of Wave accounting software a plus but not required. Knowledge of Marketing Products a plus but not required.
Must be tech savvy, own a cell phone, and 2018 or later laptop computer.
Hourly rate between $17-$19/hour depending on experience with room to move to full time if desired.
